Job Summary: 

The Customer Care specializing in debt management is responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients dealing with various forms of debt. This role involves assessing clients’ financial situations, analyzing their debt obligations, and developing tailored strategies to effectively manage and reduce debt. The Debt Management Specialist will offer comprehensive insights into debt consolidation, restructuring, and repayment plans, considering factors such as interest rates, loan terms, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
  • Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.
  • Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients’ financial goals.
  • Building and maintaining your client base.
  • M2M target achievement & lead conversion.
  • Working closely with CRM & dialer.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field can be beneficial.
  • Sales experience, especially in the financial services sector, is often preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building trust with clients.
  • Knowledge of debt management and relief solutions and a willingness to continuously update product knowledge.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are crucial for closing debt relief deals.
  • Ethical behavior and compliance with industry regulations are paramount.
